Maintain the rights to post my work in any form.Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, I will not post pieces upon request.Maintain the right to turn down any commission.

You, as the Client...

May NOT reprint your commission for a profit. MAY print your commission for personal use.May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece.May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.May requests small edits and corrections to finished pieces. Large edits and redraws must be paid for.

Payment and Refunds:

Payment is via Paypal Invoice.Commission begins only when payment is received.I will wait one full week for payment before throwing out your slot.REFUNDS: I allow full refunds before I've begun work, partial if I'm partway through, and no refund once I've finished your piece.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do you use to draw?
Programs I use are Paint Tool Sai general drawing and Photoshop CS6 for edits.Tablet I use is the Bamboo Create, soon to switch to a Huion 640p. Both are 6x4 inches in drawing space.
What are your brush settings?

Do you accept requests/art trades?
I DO NOT accept requests from anyone.I DO NOT accept art trades from strangers, only friends and mutuals.
Can I use/repost your art?
For Commissioned Art: Only the commissioner has permission to use this art. You would have to ask the commissioner for permission.For NONCommissioned Fanart: Case by case basis. Please ask and state exactly what you want to use it for. If I say yes, I require credit or a link back to me.For Personal Art: Drawings I do of my Original Characters, or other things I decide to draw for myself, may never be used by others. In special cases I may say yes, but never for OC art.
